1. Definitions

• "App" means the iDrive mobile application for iOS.
• "Services" means all features, websites, and products provided by iDrive, including automatic mileage tracking, trip classification, and report generation.
• "User Content" means any data, trips, locations, or information you submit through the Services.
• "Subscription" means paid access to premium features of the Services.
• "Free Trial" means temporary access to premium features without charge.

2. Eligibility & Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.

3. Changes to the Terms

iDrive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email (if available) or by posting a notice in the app or website. Continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and updated information, and to notify iDrive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of the Services. Access may be limited and will end when the trial period expires. Continued access requires upgrading to a paid subscription.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize iDrive to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

Downgrading your plan may result in data or feature loss. If you fail to pay on time, iDrive may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation will take immediate effect, and you will not be charged again. No refunds are provided for unused time.

8. Account Inactivity & Termination

iDrive reserves the right to delete inactive accounts and associated data after 90 days of inactivity or to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also suspend or change features and services at our discretion.

9. Data Usage

We may collect and analyze user data in compliance with applicable laws. Non-personal data may be used in aggregated and anonymized formats for analytics, research, and service improvement.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, and logos associated with iDrive are the property of iDrive or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our express permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

iDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDrive and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iDrive and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Third-Party Terms

If you accessed iDrive through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms and conditions. iDrive is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App.
